This is a non-invasive (no down time) procedure that rejuvenates the skin with a series of treatments. Microdermabrasion restores the skin to a youthfull appearance. Most of our micro-dermabrasions are performed using salt crystals and is entirely safe. After a consultation with Dr. Rosenstock, and skin type evaluation, a treatment plan is discussed. The treatments are performed by our aesthetician and or one of the office nurses. Certain areas that may be difficult to treat, if any, will be treated by Dr. Rosenstock.
Endoscopic Breast Augmentation is one of the newer techniques in breast enhancement surgery. Dr. Rosenstock has been performing this procedure for more than 15 years and is one of the pioneers in this technique. He actually designed some of the earlier systems. With this technique, a small incision (cut) is made under the patient's arm (not on the breast). Using the endoscope (an instrument with a micro camera attached) surgery is performed to allow the new breast shape to be created and subsequent placement of the breast implant. I believe that this technique leads to a natural shaped breast, minimal to no bleeding (decreasing risk of capsular contracture), minimizes any chance of implant malposition and a quicker recovery. Not all patients are candidates for this technique and Dr. Rosenstock will discuss this with you.
